If your NINEDGE piece does not fit the way you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the order and help you move through the correct return or exchange path.

Contact NINEDGE within 30 days of delivery so we can review an eligible return or exchange.

Original condition

Items should be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with order details when available.

Contact before shipping

Do not send items back before support confirms the return address and next step.

Order Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 48 hours after payment without any charges.

After 48 Hours: Cancellations may incur a 20% fee. If approved, you will be refunded 80% of the total amount.

Shipped Orders: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Email service@ninedge.com with your order number, product name, and whether you want a return, exchange, or cancellation review.
  2. We confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Note: Parcel address is NOT the return address. Please do not ship items to the sender address on the parcel.
  3. Pack the item in eligible condition and follow the confirmed return instructions from NINEDGE support.
  4. After we receive and inspect your returned item, refund processing may take 7-14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.

REFUND INFORMATION

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless support confirms another eligible solution.
  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, missing key order details, or returned without authorization may be refused.
  • Buyer may cover return shipping for international refunds unless otherwise confirmed by support.

EXCHANGES

For a different size or color, email your order number and preferred replacement option before sending anything back. Exchange availability depends on current inventory and destination restrictions.

NON-RETURNABLE CASES

  • Final sale items, visibly worn items, washed items, or items damaged by use may not be eligible.
  • Returns sent to the parcel sender address instead of the confirmed return address may be delayed, refused, or lost.
